Taking inspiration from a fabulous cake created by Rosebud Cakes I made this giant bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios for my husband's 35th birthday. He eats them every single day, so this cake seemed totally appropriate! Inside is rich chocolate fudge cake layered with Oreo crunch buttercream, finished in white chocolate fondant and all edible accents (yes the Cheerios are real! After making 22 of them, I gave up!)
