What a week - month - 6 weeks in fact! Lots has gone on in the last little while at Flour Confections with much more in store.....but our most exciting time has been this past week hosting classes with Ron Ben-Israel!

Thanks Lisa! I had a blast and cannot wait to take more classes at FC! Who knows, maybe someday I'll be a guest instructor too! Anyone contemplating taking a FC course, do not hesitate! The homemade cookies alone are worth it :)
